From 2021 to 2025, I served as Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at Rampart USA Corp, leading marketing, strategic planning, and the company’s launch into the United States. I oversaw strategy, systems development, and business intelligence to help the business gain traction and build its customer network. My work established early market share in key categories and aligned the sales team around high-probability opportunities, creating a strong foundation for long-term success in the U.S. market.

MARKETING

I led the marketing strategy for the launch and ongoing activity for the US market, shaping the marketing and positioning content for military and law enforcement audiences. Through data-informed messaging, customer insight, and targeted communications, we launched, established and built Rampart USA Corp into one of the preferred distributors partner for globally recognized manufacturers.

  • Designed marketing strategy and brand messaging for the defense and law enforcement markets.

  • Lead campaigns that leveraged defence industry trends, inbound policy and end-user feedback to create compelling use-cases.

  • Led go-to-market for every new brand, including launches, content, sales materials, campaigns, and PR.

  • Produced videos, infographics, technical content, and digital campaigns that significantly elevated brand presence.

  • Lead the marketing team and coordinated tightly with the sales team to create united, strategic execution.

  • Built a BI-driven sales enablement engine that equipped sales staff with customer insights, messaging relevance, and interaction metrics.

I lead the digital and web marketing efforts to build the online presence of Rampart Corp USA. We built a clean, informative website with custom made spec sheets, buying guides and capability briefs.

CAPABILITY BRIEFING

I led the creation and delivery of capability briefs—clear, scenario-based documents that translated technical advantages into real operational value. These were targeted to specific agencies and used across sales and procurement channels to support informed decision-making and justify adoption.

TRADE SHOW MANAGEMENT

Trade shows are an important strategic component to creating awareness and building relationships. I lead the program management of all US trade shows: from facilitating and coaching booth design -  to overseeing logistics - to building the protocol for customer followups post-show.

STRATEGY AND ORGANIZATIONAL PLANNING

 I led annual and quarterly strategic planning across multiple business units, including the creation of strategy documents for both the leadership and management teams. Through structured workshops, I lead deep dives into business performance to identify strengths, bottlenecks, and opportunities. I translated these insights into clear roadmaps—integrating leadership objectives into departmental plans, priorities, and KPIs. These plans aligned teams around shared goals and increased organizational clarity, focus, and overall performance.

LEAD YEARLY STRATEGIC PLANNING

  • Provided detailed reporting on key company activities.

  • Worked with leadership to build direction and objectives for the coming year. Informed by data and tied to KPIs.

  • Ran workshops to build the yearly post-mortems for each department. 

  • Identified opportunities, risks, inefficiencies and priorities.

  • Converted these documents into a detailed strategic plan for the coming year with KPIs, milestones, etc. 

LEAD THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLANS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR

  • Presented the plan to management along with leadership priorities and objectives for the year. 

  • Lead the yearly all-hands meetings and presented high level strategic objectives with the entire company.

  • Ran quarterly checkins with management to keep track of progress, roadblocks or changes to their objectives for the year.

  • Ensured objectives were being perused and plans were being followed.
