For nearly a decade, I served as Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at Rampart International—Canada’s largest distributor of operational equipment to military and law enforcement. During that time, I led marketing, business intelligence, systems architecture, and strategic planning across the organization, helping the company expand its market share, enter new product categories, and grow into the national leader it is today.
I now run a marketing consultancy, called Motive Strategic where I help companies of all types forge new avenues of success through strategic marketing and organizational planning.

What do you charge?
It depends on the scope and amount of time needed to accomplish your objectives. But, for a range, around $3500 - $7000 per month. Fees can be paid as part of your current payroll.
