I’m a senior marketing and strategy leader with extensive experience in defense and distribution. I've spent my career building exceptional marketing programs in high-growth businesses, and now offer those services as a consultant.

This is my personal site, where I outline my work as a senior marketing and strategy leader with deep experience in the defense sector. For nearly a decade, I served as Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at Rampart International—Canada’s largest distributor of operational equipment to military and law enforcement. During that time, I led marketing, business intelligence, systems architecture, and strategic planning across the organization, helping the company expand its market share, enter new product categories, and grow into the national leader it is today.

I now run a marketing consultancy, called Motive Strategic where I help companies of all types forge new avenues of success through strategic marketing and organizational planning.

WHAT DOES A FRACTIONAL CMO DO?

A Fractional CMO provides executive-level marketing leadership. That includes guiding strategy, aligning teams, and driving the execution needed to deliver measurable business results. They do this typically on a part-time basis, or for a concentrated period to complete a specific project. A major difference between a Fractional CMO and a marketing agency is that the Fractional CMO integrates with your business to help your build your strategy - then leads the execution.

Of course. I, as a Fractional CMO endeavour to enhance the capability of your in-house team; providing structure, direction, mentorship, and accountability to elevate performance and output. I can lead your team through an analysis of what's currently working, what's holding you back, and what areas of opportunity exist. We then build our strategy and I lead your team through the execution.

What do you charge?

It depends on the scope and amount of time needed to accomplish your objectives. But, for a range, around $3500 - $7000 per month. Fees can be paid as part of your current payroll.
