

From 2017 - 2025 I served as Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at Rampart, the largest distributor of operational equipment to military and law enforcement in Canada. I led strategic planning, marketing, systems development, and business intelligence across multiple business units. My work helped the company dramatically increase market share in key categories, expand into the U.S., and build the internal capabilities needed to operate at a higher level of scale and sophistication.

For seven years, I led Rampart Range Day & Expo—the largest event of its kind in Canada. This one-day outdoor trade show draws military and law enforcement attendees from across the country. By strengthening its reputation, enhancing promotion, and expanding demonstration and training opportunities, I grew both vendor and attendee participation by more than 100%. It is now one of the most anticipated annual events in the Canadian defense and law enforcement community.
